Below are two examples: one, a proprietary system we use with clients; the other, a national-level framework we developed to guide population health strategy.

Below is just a short selection of projects that reflect the scope and impact of our work across sectors, levels of government, and areas of focus.

• Facilitated a cross-sectoral, national symposium and contributed to Canada’s response to the United Nations Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
• Moderated a national consensus conference on mental health promotion for the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
• Managed pan-Canadian consultations on the Canadian Healthy Living Strategy and the Health Goals for Canada initiative.
• Served as subject matter expert on a PAHO-led technical mission in Brazil supporting the National School of Public Health’s establishment of a Master's program in community health.
• Advised on population-level strategies for early childhood development and designed a policy and program framework for governments and a private sector funders alliance.
• Designed and delivered executive training programs on Agile and modern, digital leadership for senior executives and middle management.
• Advised on health system reform and the development of community health organizational models in several Canadian provinces.
• Served as expert witness at the House of Commons Standing Committee on Health (HESA) on multiple population health issues, including system reform.
